From Miyazaki, Kirishima Sake Brewery, the sweetness and aroma of sweet potato spread, allowing you to enjoy the essence of sweet potato shochu. It has a smooth taste.
Kagoshima/Sato Brewery: A fragrant and robust aroma and flavor, with a delicate and smooth mouthfeel. Enjoy the essence of sweet potato shochu.
This shochu from Kumamoto/Takahashi Brewery has a gentle sweetness of rice that softly aromas, making it easy to drink.
This sake is brewed using locally sourced Yamada Nishiki rice from Fukuoka, employing a traditional kimoto method with robust yeast, resulting in a dry flavor while still allowing the umami of the rice to shine through.
Using Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima and Yume Ikken from Mizuma in Fukuoka, this sake has a sweet aroma reminiscent of bananas. It features a gentle sweetness and soft acidity, with a delicate aftertaste.
