Tofu: Tofu made from 'Sachiyutaka soybeans' produced in Nara Prefecture. Meat: Special minced meat made from 'Yamato Pork' produced in Nara Prefecture, with approximately 9mm in size. Sansho Pepper: Uses fragrant 'fully ripened red Sansho pepper from Wakayama' and 'Hua Jiao from Sichuan'. This Mapo Tofu is mild, with reduced numbing sensation from Sansho pepper, enhanced sweetness from tofu, fragrance from fully ripened red Sansho pepper, and umami from meat.
