A healthy lunch that includes five seasonal obanzai dishes, pickles, fifteen-grain rice, and soup, gentle on the heart and body. For an additional 100 yen, you can have a large serving of fifteen-grain rice (white rice can be substituted). The menu changes monthly, but the contents may vary depending on the availability of ingredients.
We added homemade steamed chicken and refreshing sudachi to a clear Japanese-style broth made with seafood and chicken.
This is a flavorful curry simmered with eight types of vegetables and beef tendon in a rich Japanese dashi. It has a hidden kick from black shichimi, adding spiciness and aroma. Comes with a mini salad and pickles, and we use fifteen-grain rice (can be changed to white rice). An extra 200 yen for a large serving.
We topped it with melt-in-your-mouth fresh yuba that has the sweetness of soybeans and a flavorful sauce made with bonito broth.
We used a fragrant broth made with four types of bonito flakes and added a rich broth from Nagoya Cochin chicken, creating a thick egg-based sauce. Please enjoy it with your choice of condiments.
Topped with refreshing salad ingredients like perilla leaves and myoga, along with Kyoto's freshly made yuba. The sesame sauce, made with concentrated sweetness from soybeans, pairs well with the Inaniwa-style udon, making it a perfect chilled udon dish for summer.

We wrapped white bean paste made from Hokkaido's large white beans, with added lemon peel, in a moist and chewy dough. This sweet and sour dorayaki is perfect for summer and pairs wonderfully with cold hojicha or black tea.
