The lighting is bright and the atmosphere is comfortable. It's fun to choose from black-haired wagyu and rare cuts, even if it's just one piece. The thick-cut tongue is satisfying, and the loin has a perfect balance of fat and meat. The premium skirt steak has a strong umami flavor and is easy to eat. The grill is excellent, allowing for even cooking, so you can truly appreciate the deliciousness of the meat.
