We only use Matsuzaka beef sirloin that has been fattened for more than 32 months, which is a very rare and scarce breed. We will start with an appetizer of beef cutlet and seared nigiri, and assorted sashimi made from the three Japanese beef cuts and brand name beef. The first piece of meat is grilled and served with Ginsho-tei's homemade sauce, and the second and later pieces are served in a beef sukiyaki pot for you to enjoy as you like.
