Questo è un ristorante di yakitori che sfrutta la stagionatura e la cottura per esaltare il sapore naturale degli ingredienti. Non solo i piatti, ma anche l'intero flusso del corso è progettato con cura.

Chef's selection course

We use the best ingredients from Shiga Prefecture's Tankai Jidori chicken, Nagasaki Prefecture's Goto Shimasazanami Jidori chicken, Chiba Prefecture's Suigo Akadori chicken, and seasonal vegetables, almost all of which come directly from the farmers. Almost all ingredients are shipped directly from the producers and grilled over Kishu-binchotan charcoal. We use the one and only machine-aged yakitori (machine-aged yakitori) and the freshest chicken in the right places and at the right time in the course. Please enjoy your meal in the luxurious atmosphere of our restaurant.

JPY 13.200

We only offer one type of omakase course.

We are committed to sourcing almost all ingredients directly from producers, including Shiga Prefecture's Omi chicken, Chiba Prefecture's Suigo red chicken, and seasonal vegetables, all grilled over Kishu binchotan charcoal.

Omakase Course

We will provide it using the cooking method that is most suitable for the ingredients.
