Using A5 Wagyu beef, ranked first in Eastern Japan, we have topped the udon with a sukiyaki-style seasoning. Please enjoy it mixed with the yolk of the Oita brand egg 'Ranou'. A hearty zaru udon topped generously with tempura made from Yamagata sakuranbo chicken. Enjoy the original flavor of udon, stripped of its sliminess and temperature. This udon was created by Chef Sagata from Hanahanasaku with the desire to make his hungry son full and smile.
The tempura, which looks like a flower arrangement with a significant visual impact, is made by cutting four types of vegetables (sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin, and green bean) into stick shapes. It is coated lightly to create a three-dimensional crispy texture. The frying oil used for the tempura is the highest quality cottonseed oil, which is also used in high-end tempura specialty restaurants, ensuring good oil drainage. Despite the volume of the tempura, it can be enjoyed without feeling heavy.
Enjoy a serving of A5 grade black-haired Wagyu sukiyaki in a small pot. For those who want to indulge in more meat, we offer 1.5 times the meat for an additional 500 yen, and udon noodles for an additional 300 yen.
