Located on the upper floors of the Kanazawa International Hotel, it has large windows that provide a sense of openness. The view through the large glass is beautiful, allowing you to enjoy both daytime and nighttime scenery. The seating is centered around tables, with tatami private rooms available for a relaxed experience. The seats with a good view of the outside are comfortable, allowing for a leisurely time. The sashimi is fresh, with a refined seasoning that I really like. Various small side dishes were served, and the firefly squid, tuna with grated yam, and inari sushi were all delicious.
