Cucina Kameyama New Specialty: Mediterranean-Style Italian Tomato Hot Pot This is a special course that includes appetizers and risotto to finish the meal! Shrimp, shellfish, bacon, meat, vegetables and whole tomatoes! More than 15 kinds of ingredients are served in a luxurious broth made with homemade chicken broth, tomato sauce and white wine! The soup is made with home-made chicken broth, tomato sauce, white wine and other ingredients! We have tried and tried again and again until we reached the taste that we were satisfied with. A sudden surprise becomes a lifelong memory!! Our proud dessert. We serve a set of chocolate cake and ice cream, taught to us at a French restaurant in Kobe, with a candle lit and placed on a message plate. Please let us know your preferred message, such as Happy Birthday, Thank you always Dad, Congratulations on your graduation, Congratulations on passing, Thank you for your hard work, etc. The rich version for 1800 yen features a luxurious presentation with two servings of chocolate cake topped with fruit. We procure Kobe beef in block units from a butcher shop in Kobe, offering the deliciousness of Kobe beef at a reasonable price. We believe that there is a unique flavor that only Kobe beef can provide.
In order to provide delicious and healthy options for customers who care about their health, we use organic vegetables and reduced pesticide vegetables. (Not all of them)

What I keep in mind when cooking is not to cut corners, to enjoy it, to serve what I am satisfied with, to be serious about cooking, and to cook with heart. It's something obvious, but I value it. It's a bit exaggerated, though. Haha.

It took a long time to reach this flavor!! We luxuriously minced the highest grade A5 rank Kobe beef into larger pieces, added plenty of carefully selected domestic potatoes and onions sautéed to a caramel color from Awaji, and finished it into a hot, crispy, creamy croquette. Please enjoy it with our homemade red wine demi-cream sauce! We often receive feedback from customers saying it's the best croquette they've ever had.
Despite being Italian, the popularity of fried chicken is extraordinary!! We pressure-cook marinated chicken for a day until tender, coat it with 13 types of spices, and fry it in high-temperature oil to achieve a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
