In a corner of the hotel, the café has a calm atmosphere that is very pleasant. The carefully brewed blend coffee is refreshing when hot, and as it cools down a bit, it reveals a fruity acidity that is enjoyable. The crème brûlée, with its roasted surface, has a creamy interior that strongly conveys the flavor of eggs, which I really like. The omurice with porcini-scented risotto is delicious until the end, thanks to its rich sauce. The French toast is fluffy, and the hojicha pudding has a firm texture that combines well with the cream, providing a sense of satisfaction. There is also a style where you can choose your favorite side dishes, allowing you to enjoy vegetables, seafood, and egg dishes, and each table has a power outlet, making it easy to work.
