Utilizing seafood that is not commonly found in the market, this dish is made by simmering with tomatoes, aromatic vegetables, and original spices for 3 hours to create a special ragout sauce from Modern Terrace. Enjoy the changing flavors as you slowly melt the Karasumi (bottarga) and butter into the sauce.
