You can choose the BGM to match the theme, and we also have a projector to show a video. We will fully cooperate with you from setting up the venue to staging a surprise! All-you-can-drink plan with a course menu. The plan includes 2.5 hours of relaxing time and 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink.
Served with a generous amount of a fruity sauce made by simmering apple juice and red wine.
Served with precious salt from the salt pans of Benin, Africa, and lemon. You can choose between tonkatsu sauce or sesame sauce, walnut sauce (+100 yen). Walnuts are a specialty of Komoro and Togakushi.
Grated daikon is mixed with ponzu sauce and garnished with nori. The refreshing dipping sauce is well-received. A recommendation is to mix a raw egg into the grated daikon ponzu sauce, called 'Nama Tama Oro Pon Dare.' If there's any leftover, it's also delicious over rice.
The key to the flavor is the sauce, which uses plenty of ginger and sake, mixed with grated apple and apple juice. Sprinkle it over the quickly cooked shoulder loin, give it a quick mix, and the ginger pork from Aguhaya is complete!
Plump shrimp coated in a light batter. More satisfying than it looks.
You can choose three types of sake from Shinshu that you are curious about and enjoy tasting.
