I went there alone the other day. I visited around noon on Sunday, and the store was not crowded, making it comfortable to stay. I was not good at going to cafes alone, but the counter seats had dividers between them, providing a private space. Also, it was my first experience watching them brew coffee and Japanese tea using a siphon, and it was enjoyable just to watch. The moss ball cake was also very delicious!

I have visited several times, and I enjoyed the beautifully presented appetizers that were almost too beautiful to eat, as well as the main course that was full of seasonal flavors. [Zaru Soba KOKU] Whenever I come to Nagano, I visit KOKU in Komoro. This time, too, I started with soba noodles. I wondered how they could make it so smooth and aromatic. The unique buckwheat noodle with chopped wasabi makes my sake go down a treat. The soba noodles were served in two different colors, zaru (colander) and nikuni (countryside), both of which were recently added to the menu. I like the fact that it comes with grated grated radish! This is the real zaru soba. I am sorry to say that the name of the restaurant is "Zaru Zaru Soba," but the soup stock is excellent. I will visit again at the end of the year.

When I add the spiced sauce, the flavor deepens even further. It comes with grilled vegetables and carefully prepared small dishes, making it enjoyable without getting boring. The plate combining shrimp tempura and fillet cutlet was also very filling. The premium pork from the brand is sweet and exceptionally delicious.
