When you open the door without a sign, you find yourself in a slightly dark space with a solid one-piece counter like a sushi restaurant. We wanted to serve yakitori to our customers in an adult atmosphere like a high-class sushi restaurant. We also have three private rooms. The menu consists only of the omakase course for 5,980 yen. The menu consists of 23 dishes, which you can enjoy a little bit of each delicious dish over the course of 2 hours. The authentic recipe carbonara that does not use heavy cream is known as the 'Charcoal Craftsman' due to the finishing black pepper resembling scattered charcoal.
