Aperol, matcha, soda, and cut orange create two layers by pouring matcha over the Aperol soda. At first, drink only the matcha, then mix it with the Aperol below to change to a fruity flavor. In the 12th year of the Tenbun era, Aperol liqueur was brought to Japan through Nanban trade. It is said to have been used by Sen no Rikyū in the tea room. (I don't know, though.)
Aperol, soda, and the aroma of Sichuan pepper create a spicy and refreshing Aperol. The name comes from the Italian slang meaning 'playboy.' The flower language of Sichuan pepper is enchantment. It is said to attract and confuse people with its charm, and it was also referred to as 'handsome man.' (I don't know though.)
