A delightful product with a pleasant acidity that captures freshness by bottling Delaware grapes during fermentation.
From the left, Australian Shiraz, French Marselan (a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache), NV from France, aged using a method of continuously adding new wine every year in Gigondas, charming acidity and deep flavor with Pinot and Grenache, delicious.
A typical aroma of fresh herbs and freshly cut grass. When tasted, it has a lemon and passion fruit flavor, juicy yet with little sweetness, crisp and elegant. Perfect for early summer.
This is a lesser-known indigenous variety called Grüner Veltliner, but it is very well made, featuring aromas of white pepper and pear, with citrus flavors, complexity, and a multi-layered elegant taste, making it the perfect bottle for early summer with a long finish.
This unique beer, aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels, is sourced directly from Space Brewing. Enjoy its rich flavor! We also have a smoky black beer fermented with Ebisu oyster extract.

This is a refreshing lemon sour with shikuwasa included.
This is a sour drink with lemon, passion fruit, and grapefruit. It has a juicy flavor reminiscent of tropical regions, and the umami is explosive.
We offer a selection of delicious oysters from seasonal regions for tasting. Additionally, individual oysters are available for 500 yen.
The meat is moist and tender. You should not grill the deer. The flavor can only be achieved by cooking it slowly at low temperature!
Aging is enhanced with an aging machine, which removes moisture and doubles the amino acid content. The meat, rich in flavor, is cooked to medium rare and served with Raclette cheese. You can enjoy the delicious taste of Yonezawa beef.
The contrast of warm potatoes and cold salad is addictive.
