[Cut] Triangle Brisket, also known as Chuck Rib. This cut comes from the shoulder area extending to the arm. [Characteristics] It is a part of the front brisket, shaped like a triangle cut from the 1st to 6th ribs. It has a sweet fat and a rich, strong flavor. The king of grilled meat.
