Our course menu is based on the day's arrival of fish! From nostalgic dishes using seasonal fish from Hiroshima to original and creative dishes, we recommend this course for gatherings where cuisine is important! Dishes are served on a platter. All-you-can-drink is 2,200 yen or 2,750 yen. Last order will be taken 30 minutes before the seating time.
At Zassouan, we use oysters from Hiroshima, a famous oyster-producing region, known for their plump and thick texture.
