From the entrance, you are welcomed with a calm atmosphere and bright voices. You can see table seats beyond the counter, allowing for a relaxed time. The craftsmen carefully prepare each piece, and the rice gently falls apart. The rapeseed salad and chawanmushi have a gentle flavor that brings a smile to your face. The spinach with sesame and the sake-steamed clams, as well as the simmered squid, are well-balanced and satisfying. The seared Spanish mackerel has a refreshing scent of sudachi, and the squid ink salt is an unforgettable deliciousness.
