Our "Wagyu Sukiyaki" is a popular choice for lunch. In particular, our exquisite "Sakurada Rice" has received high praise from our customers. We have a contract with a farmer in Gunma Prefecture to grow Koshihikari rice—the same variety presented to His Majesty the Emperor—and we have the rice milled on the very day it is shipped directly to us.
