You can enjoy various local specialties from Kumamoto, which is exciting. The freshly fried spicy lotus root has a wonderful aroma and is crispy, making it the best. The spiral-shaped human characters are refreshing, and you can't help but keep eating. The horse sashimi and horse liver are rich in flavor, giving a true sense of Kumamoto. There are also dishes like Taiheiyen, fried pig's feet, and mackerel sashimi, making it fun to choose. You can also enjoy local sake, and the staff are kind, allowing for a pleasant experience.
