Omakase course is a course of nigiri (hand-rolled sushi) made with the utmost care, using mainly seasonal fish and seafood. The course is composed of not only nigiri, but also sake snacks and grilled dishes, so that you will never get tired of it. You can enjoy authentic Edomae-zushi without any tension. Our ingredients are carefully selected and purchased from the best places at the time of the season. The characteristic of fish is that the same fish can vary greatly depending on where it is caught, even at the same time of year. The flavor of the sake we pair with it also varies greatly depending on the season, We have a selection of products recommended for each season, such as Kasumi-zake and Harushi-zake in spring, Summer-zake in summer, Hiya-horoshi and Autumn-agari in fall, and Shiboritate-shinzake in winter.
