This is a casual all-you-can-drink course. Starting with edamame (green soybeans) as an appetizer, potato salad with the aroma of the sea, fried potato fries and crab gratin croquettes will leave you feeling satisfied. To finish, we have prepared colorful chirashizushi and red miso soup. This course is easy to use for company banquets and gatherings with friends, and provides a sense of security.
This course includes 7 luxurious dishes that make the most of the best ingredients and all-you-can-drink. Begin with two kinds of delicacies, followed by a colorful seafood carpaccio and three kinds of seasonal vegetable kushiten (skewered tempura). For the main course, enjoy the gently flavored seafood hot tofu. The final course includes five pieces of sushi and red miso soup.
This is a luxurious course for special occasions where you can enjoy fine seafood as only a sushi restaurant can. Starting with 3 kinds of delicacies and eel, 4 kinds of sashimi of seasonal fish, and seafood shabu-shabu to savor the flavor. For the fried dish, you can enjoy a change of texture with puffer fish tempura and kushiten (skewered tempura). To finish off the meal, we offer five pieces of artisan-crafted sushi, torotaku, and red miso soup. Recommended for business entertainment, dinners, and anniversaries.
Our establishment offers a wide selection of rare brands and specialty sake that are hard to find elsewhere. From a light cup with a refreshing and fruity aroma to a deep flavor developed through careful aging, we provide a diverse lineup.
You can enjoy a variety of ways to pair with the mood of the day and the compatibility with the dishes. Pairing with sushi is of course included, and by combining with seasonal ingredients and tempura, the original charm of the sake is further enhanced.
We have a wide selection available in a separate document. To enjoy the aroma of sake, we serve it in a wine glass with approximately 90ml.

Modern and easy to drink, popular among beginners and women. Recommended to drink on the rocks or with water.
