Classic dinner with grass-fed beef fillet as the main course (6 dishes) A classic French dinner course starring "grass-fed beef filet," which does not rely on fat and allows you to fully appreciate the original flavor of the lean meat. Grass-fed beef from Australia, raised only on grass-fed pasture, has a clean and tender texture. The beef is cooked simply but carefully and served with a rich sauce perigueux for a deep flavor.
