Takara-yama Brewery is a small sake brewery established in the 18th year of the Meiji era. Since its founding, we have continued to deliver handmade sake with heartfelt care, without expanding our scale. 'We want to convey the true charm of sake to you.' With this single-minded dedication, we deliver the freshest sake directly from the brewery. We have luxuriously mixed our ordinary sake into vanilla ice cream. It is a dessert for adults that you can enjoy with its rich aroma and sweetness. *Due to containing 3-4% alcohol, we cannot serve this to children, pregnant women, or those who are driving.
Because the Black Label is committed to the deliciousness of draft beer, it always aims for 'perfection' in taste. This is the perfect balance of the flavor of barley and a refreshing aftertaste. Creamy foam that keeps the taste and aroma fresh. A beer loved by adults who enjoy beer, one that never gets boring no matter how many you drink.
Established in 1997 with the concept of 'Niigata to the World', this beer is crafted with a focus on the famous water of Echigo and has won the gold medal for 'World's Best' at the World Beer Cup.
Launched in 1877, the year after the founding of Sapporo Brewery's predecessor, the Kaitakushi Brewery, this is the oldest existing beer brand in Japan. The label's 'Red Star' serves as a hallmark and nickname. With a robust and rich flavor characteristic of heat-treated beer, it has garnered a strong following.
Owner Sommelier Naoki Yamaguchi, certified by the Japan Sommelier Association: Sommelier, first SAKEDIPULOMA certified by SSI: Sake Master, Japanese sake lecturer, exclusive taster, and sake advisor. His book 'The Easiest Way to Choose Delicious Sake in the World' has surpassed 90,000 copies sold. Other staff members are also sake advisors, ready to suggest your preferred Japanese sake.
The menu is just an example. We will change the products according to the season, so please look forward to it. If you would like a delicious sake warmed, please consult our staff. We will serve your preferred sake at your desired temperature.
