Takara Yama Brewery is a small sake brewery established in the 18th year of the Meiji era. Since its founding, we have been delivering handmade sake with heartfelt care without expanding our scale. 'We want to convey the true charm of sake to you.' With this single-minded focus, we deliver the freshest sake directly from the brewery. We have luxuriously mixed our ordinary sake from Takara Yama into vanilla ice cream. It is a dessert for adults that you can enjoy with rich aroma and sweetness. *Due to containing 3-4% alcohol, we cannot serve this to children, pregnant women, or those who are driving.
