The handmade bread and pasta were fragrant and exciting from the start. The spaghetti, combining the acidity of tomatoes with the richness of gorgonzola, is an astonishing combination that becomes addictive. The appetizers, such as shrimp and carpaccio, are also carefully prepared, and each dish continues to impress. The main course, a steak from Okuizumo beef, stands out for its tenderness and the sweetness of the meat juices, bringing a smile to my face. The staff serving the food are friendly and chatty, allowing for a relaxed dining experience throughout. By the time we finished with dessert and coffee, both my stomach and heart were full, leaving me feeling happy.

When you enter the underground shop located in a residential area near Ebisu, you are greeted by soft lighting and lively jazz music that flows comfortably. The staff members warmly engage in conversation, making it easy to relax even for first-time visitors. I was pleased that the chef thoughtfully served the pasta and appetizers on separate plates. The shrimp, carpaccio, and corn soup highlighted the sweetness and aroma of the ingredients, leaving a lasting impression. The steak from Okuizumo beef was cooked to perfection, with its umami flavor expanding with each bite. The fact that they also serve lunch means you can enjoy authentic flavors without worrying about the time.
