Italian cuisine that continues to pursue tradition and innovation. BOTTEGA" means "workshop" in Italian, and was named after the chef's desire to create a restaurant where customers can feel the live cooking experience. The chef is Mr. Sasagawa, who gained experience at "Aroma Fresca" and "Casa Vinitalia. The cuisine is based on local cuisine and is available both a la carte and as a course. The restaurant is a hideaway for adults where you can enjoy high-level Italian cuisine.

【Tokyo Hiroo】 This restaurant was established in 2017 by Chef Sasakawa, who honed his skills in authentic Italy and further enhanced his abilities after returning home at "Aroma Fresca" and "Casa Vinitalia". Course ◇ Three appetizers ・A platter of various prosciutto and salami ・Smoked swordfish with herbs in a carpaccio style The acidity of the tomato is just right. ・Roasted spear squid, stewed seasonal vegetables, summer truffle The whole spear squid is packed with ingredients both inside and out, making it very satisfying. ◇ Bread ◇ One primo ・Tagliolini with summer truffle and Fontina cheese A dish that reflects the chef's deep experience with pasta. ◇ One main ・Steak of black-haired wagyu (tomo-sankaku) Rich in fat and quite substantial. ◇ Dessert ・Herbal tea ・Mascarpone with honey As expected, this is a specialty that customers rave about. While I was tempted by the à la carte options, I made a reservation for the course in advance since it was my first visit (there is a special plan available only for the 5 PM seating). I had three glasses of wine: sparkling, white, and red, chosen by the staff. Not only Chef Sasakawa but all the staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive, making for a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

The most interesting Italian restaurant in Tokyo these days. The crispy noodles, the cheese flavor hidden underneath, and the crunchy texture of the leftover freshly shaved summer truffles make this a dish worthy of a speciality! I was truly impressed by the chef's originality in all the dishes we ordered this time, and each dish left a strong impression on my memory! I want to try all the dishes in this restaurant while eating! It's amazing that you can make me want to try the whole menu of this restaurant while eating. ‼️ . The service sommelier explained everything clearly, was very stylish, and made us feel very comfortable 🧡. I don't want this place to become more popular and more difficult to get a reservation, but it really is a great place ✨.

This is the place to get a full meal of delicious Italian food @Hiroo Bottega. Bottega is a creative Italian restaurant tucked away in the back of a shopping street. It is also famous as a restaurant where it is difficult to make a reservation 😅 On this day, we had the omakase course and three dishes from the a la carte menu. The course alone is quite a lot of food, but when you see the delicious dishes in front of you, your stomach grows in size 🤣 We enjoyed the mellow aroma of summer truffles, roasted beef, tagliolini with baby sardines and fresh shirasu, burrata, and the famous tripe, guiara, and small intestine stew. All delicious~❣️ each dish was of a high level! The dessert wine at the end of the meal was also delicious ✨. If you want to eat delicious Italian food, this is the place to go BOTTEGA. A creative Italian restaurant that stands quietly in the back of the Hiroo shopping district. In addition to the course meal, I also ordered three a la carte dishes. When you have delicious food in front of you, your stomach grows bigger. We enjoyed high quality food while enjoying the mellow aroma of summer truffles.

New up-and-coming Tokyo Italian This up-and-coming Italian restaurant was awarded a Michelin star soon after it opened. The chef, Mr. Sasagawa, is a charming man, and you will definitely fall in love with his restaurant, which is conveniently located and has a great atmosphere, and become a regular customer. The pasta with fresh shirasu (baby sardines) that I had on this day was so delicious that I was astonished by the freshness of the shirasu and its combination with the pasta....
