A banquet course featuring our specialty fresh fish and Aomori ingredients. We recommend the "Grilled Fish Platter". The fatty Hachinohe-maeoki mackerel and the salmon and salmon roe marinated in soy sauce go well with sake. We are proud of our seafood dishes such as appetizers, fresh fish trio, and our specialty, fried Yoshitsugu fish. Oirase garlic pork," raised on garlic from Aomori, the largest garlic producer in Japan, is served in a soy sauce pot with kinoko. With a total of six dishes, enjoy the flavors of Aomori and Kita Sanriku along with the tastes of autumn! How about a banquet or dinner in Marunouchi?
How about a luxurious course full of "Aomori and northern mountain and sea delicacies" to be enjoyed in Marunouchi? The main dish is the "Yoshitsugu" grilled with salt, a premium fish from the north. Using a special machine, the chef personally prepares and serves it as soft dried fish. The exquisite Yoshitsugu, whose flavor is brought out to the maximum, is our specialty. The course also includes "Untoni to Abalone no Ichigo-ni-ni" (a local delicacy of Kita Sanriku), fresh fish, salmon and salmon roe marinated in soy sauce, and thick, rich, and delicious Maeoki saba (mackerel) sushi sticks.
