I was happy to see that there was also sudachi soba (buckwheat noodles) with some sweetness. We all shared the sudachi soba, and I was happy that they provided each of us with a nice bowl and chopsticks. It was refreshing with plenty of sudachi on top. I thought it would be perfect if the soup was a little lighter to compensate for the taste of the sudachi. The shaved ice also looked delicious. I tasted the shaved ice and found it to be a little milky and gentle. Thank you very much.
