We offer three types of draft beer. (Sometimes we also serve craft beer.) The lineup of draft beer changes frequently without a fixed selection as we run out. We always have recommended draft beers that match the season.

In the refrigerator, we have many recommended Belgian beers. We will suggest beers tailored to your taste preferences!

The Special Belgian is a beer style developed to compete with beers from England, Germany, and the Czech Republic, aiming to promote its national identity. It has an amber color with a slight spiciness, a malty attack, and a medium body with caramel notes, leaving a dry finish with lingering bitterness. At first glance, it may seem plain, but it excels in flavor and drinkability.

Barbera is an Italian red wine grape variety primarily grown in the northwestern region of Piedmont. In September 2024, Oud Beersel received 450kg of Barbera grapes from friends at the Piedmont agricultural cooperative Valli Unite and steeped them in 3-year-old lambic for 2 months. The result is a lambic that embodies the deep ruby color characteristic of Barbera, infused with vibrant grape flavors. It has an intensely aromatic profile and a rich finish.

L'Arogante is a blonde IPA made with three types of hops. It offers a typical soft bitterness and a unique fruity aroma. Magnum hops provide a soft bitterness, while the American aroma hops Cascade, Centennial, and Mosaic create a beautiful bouquet of tropical scents.

The style feels fresh fruit and pleasant acidity, and the moment it touches the mouth, a burst of fresh and juicy fruit flavors, like crushed red fruits, fills the palate. The fruitiness is not overly sweet or dull, but rather has a round and gentle enveloping quality, with a long finish, as the fruit expands in the mouth. It has a transparent fruit flavor, and its smoothness with no rough edges makes it an ideal wine to enjoy slightly chilled.

In Sylvania, New South Wales, the Silm family established an orchard in 1936 and began making cider in the 1980s. The three brothers are working together to pass it on to the next generation. Using 100% Australian apples from their own farm, it expresses a smoothness and sweetness that reflects its cloudy appearance.

Craft gin from Finland made with 12 types of dry botanicals and 4 types of fresh botanicals.

After being infused with the secret blend of Ira Cola spices and citrus fruits into the authentic sweet potato shochu made by Daisen Jinshichi Shoten, it is distilled to create a craft chuhai characterized by the rich flavor of craft cola.

Since simply adding cardamom to shochu did not successfully extract the aroma and flavor, it took seven trials to finally complete this drink. A special shochu was created as the base. The name comes from the appearance of a white shining snake next to the tank on the night before its completion. The elegant and refreshing aroma of cardamom invites you to a pleasant moment.

The coastal line and warm climate of Uwajima City in Ehime Prefecture, suitable for cultivating blood oranges, create a vivid color and rich flavor, resulting in a fruit plum wine that offers a luxurious fragrance reminiscent of perfume, refreshing acidity, and a sunset-like hue.
