Excellent dishes of island-stream ingredients by two island-streamers!　　　　@Kitashinchi | Delicious food and happiness! A late night diner, Shimagashi, is located where KOKETSU-san's restaurant used to be in Kitashinchi. Late night diner Shimanagashi This restaurant is popular for its dishes made from island exiles of KOKETSU and KENTARO TAKAHASHI. Inside the restaurant, there is a counter and two tables in a private room. The menu changes depending on the ingredients that were washed up on the island. If you follow us on Instagram, we'll let you know about reservations and rare ingredients when they become available! What shall we eat? From the tsukidashi tsukidashi, a young ayu fish was served in a sweet soybean sauce marinade! It was vibrant and beautiful, with just the right amount of acidity! At this point, I was convinced that this was definitely a good restaurant! Lemon Sour The thin glass makes it easy to drink! Prosciutto Ham Salad 800 yen - A sumptuous salad made with island-fresh Percheu from HANABUSA, including cheese and croutons, the Percheu has a delicious texture and is a must-try! Squid with sea urchin 800yen! The sea urchin is also very rich and not at the level of the 800 yen price tag! 800yenHANABUSAKETSU'S SHIMANAGASHIThe kingfish with the liver is too good to be true! I've never had such a delicious leatherfish before! Sweet potato tempura - 1,200 yen! It's only a sweet potato, but it's a sweet potato, so sweet it's like a sweet potato! ■あわびのクロックムッシュ　８００円纐纈さんからの島流しこれもね、めちゃ美味しかったカリカリのトーストしたパンにペシャメルソースに鮑はいー！ I'm in agony! I can't get enough of this! Definitely goes well with a glass of wine! Wagyu Ichibo Yakiniku: 1,600 yen! I had the earthenware rice cooked at the right time to go with it! I had the boiled rice first, and the rice was the perfect combination with the sweet meat. Mille Mussels with Spring Cabbage Steamed with Sake 600 yenThe mille mussels were very tasty because they were spring ingredients that were shipped from KOKETSU! The broth is very good! Aori Ikaiso Keso Herb Butter ¥400 This is an island flown in from Mr. Kentaro Takahashi! The squid and butter alone are delicious, but the herb butter is the best! The level of quality here is amazing! Not only are the ingredients from a first-class restaurant, but they were also island-hosted by KOKETSU, so the food is superb! What's more, the prices are cheap! On this day, the bill was about 4,000 yen per person! Reservations are full on some days, and sometimes there are cancellations, so check the instagram! Thank you for the food! Late-night diner Shimanagashi 090-1140-8009 4F Dojima Leisure Bldg, 1-5-35 Dojima, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka https://tabelog.com/osaka/A2701/A270101/27121170/
