I've been curious about Kitashinchi Tayu Tayu for a long time because of its high scores! We made a reservation for a weekend Saturday, but the restaurant was almost full! When the restaurant was full, we were directed to a nearby branch, Tayutayu DX! The restaurant has a counter, two tables and four seats. Reservations are essential because of the small size of the restaurant! First of all, the appetizer is hot vegetables with mini-tomatoes, turnips, carrots, and potatoes? I thought so! It's like a soup made of sake lees! It's so delicious and goes so well together! When you eat kasuzu-jiru on a cold day, doesn't it warm you up from the inside? There are many tsuke-dashi (soup stock) that I don't really like, but when something tasty is served, I really look forward to the rest of the day. But when something tasty is served, you look forward to the rest of the meal! Motsu-nikomi (stewed innards): 480 yen This is the specialty of the restaurant, so we ordered it! I've been posting a lot of beef lately, so I'll post some chicken and pork as well! I'll post some chicken and pork ones too! This is the second branch of "Kitashinchi Tayutayu". It is located in the middle of the nightlife district, but it is underground, so you might miss it if you pass by without going by. LOL! We went in for the a la carte menu and ordered the signature dishes: grilled pork skewers (assorted 7 skewers for 1,380 yen) and stewed pork balls (480 yen), respectively! The skewers are simple in flavor and light in fat, making them easy to eat! I can go for as many as I want! LOL! The stewed skewers have a gentle, really gentle taste, so much so that each of us could eat one! LOL! [Kitashinchi Tayutayu DX] Osaka business trip gourmet series. Team dinner was Yakiton, which is a typical Osaka dish! It was very crowded and hard to get a reservation. Mr. Tayu Tayu in Kitashinchi I'm excited to go here because it's been a while since I've been! When I go here, I can't miss the 5 kinds of boiled sashimi and the Kawachi duck tataki! The duck tataki is just too good, both in color and taste! If you like Chicken Sashimi, you must try it! The boiled sashimi, especially the tongue and hearts, are highly recommended! The skewers were left to me, but they were all grilled to perfection and delicious! If you want to go early, it's best to go early because it's empty early in the day!
