As a result, there is plenty of fluffy lemon pulp that settles at the bottom. Of course, the taste is something that cannot be experienced with canned chu-hi; it is a superb finish that allows you to fully enjoy the juice. No artificial flavors or additives are used, allowing the refreshing and pure aroma of the lemon to spread.
From 'Bijofu Kura High', we used plenty of ginger from Kochi Prefecture and blended it with authentic rice shochu, adding a touch of spice. Of course, no additives such as fragrances or artificial sweeteners are used at all.
