🇯🇵Tono Brewing (Iwate) STYLE : Scotch Ale ABV : 7.0% / IBU : - Una birra che permette di gustare appieno la sapidità dei malti, preparata con circa 10 tipi di malto. Note aromatiche caratteristiche di uvetta e di frutta matura tipo prugna. I luppoli utilizzati sono Magnum e Saaz. Godetevi il corpo complesso derivato dai malti e i ricchi aromi!
🇯🇵Beer Hearn (Shimane) STYLE : Milk Stout ABV : 5.5% / IBU : 16 Non è amara! Birra scura a tostatura morbida! È uno stout al latte della tradizione irlandese. Molti che non amano le grandi marche di birra scura sono diventati fan di questa birra scura! È lo stout al latte prodotto più a lungo in Giappone, da 27 anni (a partire dal 2025). Birra con etichetta speciale creata in occasione della soap mattutina NHK "Bakebake". Il contenuto è uno dei prodotti di punta di Bia Herun, "Enmusubi Bakushu Stout" Il drama mattutino NHK "Bakebake" è ispirato a Koizumi Yakumo (maestro Herun) e a sua moglie Koizumi Setsu. Sono anche l'origine del nome di Bia Herun.
🇯🇵fete (Shizuoka) STYLE : Hoppy Belgian Blonde ABV : 7.5% / IBU : 38 fete Birrificio Mishima birra commemorativa per il 3° anniversario! Il malto di base è semplice; per aggiungere uno strato di speziatura è stata usata la segale, e per dare maggiore profondità è stato impiegato lo zucchero candito. I luppoli, dalle radici del Birrificio fete Mishima, sono tutti di origine francese. L'aroma dolce e fruttato di mela del lievito belga si combina con l'amaro delicato dei luppoli francesi e con gli aromi morbidi di lichì e liquirizia; il calore gentile dell'alcol si diffonde in bocca. Non è né appariscente né dimessa: ha il carattere di fete ma anche un tocco di novità. È davvero una ottima birra!

🇯🇵Shonan Beer (Kanagawa) STYLE : Hazy IPA ABV : 6.0% / IBU : 20 Per l'ottima release di questa serie abbiamo scelto come protagonista il luppolo americano «Sabro (Saburō)», unico nel suo genere per personalità. Avvicinando il bicchiere, un dolce aroma di cocco maturo e latte solletica le narici. Più in profondità emergono frutti tropicali intensi che richiamano ananas e mango, e note fresche di agrumi si sovrappongono in più strati, dando un aroma ricco e profondo. La consistenza setosa e cremosa tipica delle Hazy IPA accoglie il sapore unico e succoso degli oli di luppolo derivati da Sabro, regalando una bevuta sontuosa. Il retrogusto, leggermente legnoso e pulito, avvolge il tutto con nitidezza, creando un bilanciamento perfetto che invita al sorso successivo. Non perdete l'occasione di gustare questo bicchiere incredibilmente succoso che evoca i resort dei tropici!
🇨🇦Dieu du Ciel! STYLE : West Coast Hazy IPA ABV : 7.0% / IBU : 40 Un'IPA torbida pur essendo in stile West Coast?! L'intenso aroma di agrumi e frutti tropicali derivato dai luppoli Sultana, Citra, Amarillo e Strata e l'aspetto velato tipico dello stile New England. A questo si aggiunge l'amarezza decisa e pulita tipica del West Coast, che rende il tutto rinfrescante e molto bevibile: un bicchiere perfetto!
🇯🇵Jokun Brewing Lab (Niigata) STYLE : IPA w/lemon peel ABV : 6.0% / IBU : - IPA nata dalla ricerca dei sapori! Durante l'ebollizione è stata aggiunta scorza di limone essiccata proveniente dall'India; dopo il dry hopping è stata aggiunta scorza di limone fresca di Setouchi. Usando diversi tipi abbiamo esaltato l'amarezza delicata e la freschezza della buccia. I luppoli utilizzati sono Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Cryo Citra e Cryo Mosaic. Profumi agrumati simili al pompelmo e al lime, sfumature di frutta tropicale e una lieve freschezza resinosa si sovrappongono, mettendo ulteriormente in risalto l'aroma di limone. L'amaro fresco e la leggera astringenza derivati dalla buccia di limone fungono da ulteriore accento. Un'IPA dal carattere amaro definito, leggermente più amara: un "limone da adulti"!
🇺🇸Fremont STYLE : Tripel IPA ABV : 9.8% / IBU : 80 Una triple IPA dal carattere tropicale, con malto e luppolo utilizzati in quantità tripla rispetto al normale! Corpo tendente all'arancione, con aromi che richiamano arancia, pompelmo, resina di pino, frutta a nocciolo e ananas. Un sorso che offre una dolcezza delicata e un'amarezza morbida e ben bilanciata! I luppoli utilizzati sono Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, Mosaic Quantum Bright e Citra Quantum Bright.
🇯🇵BREW CLASSIC STYLE : New Zealand IPA ABV : 6.5% / IBU : - / CAN 350ml A New Zealand IPA generously dry-hopped with Rakau Amplifire and Superdelic. Nelson was used on the hot side, and for the yeast we selected WLP077 Tropicale Yeast Blend to aim for synergy with New Zealand-grown hops. Tropical pineapple and peach with candy-like sweet aromas. From the soft bitterness, hints of pink grapefruit and pineapple peek through. A finish that lets you fully enjoy New Zealand-grown hops!
🇯🇵Y.MARKET STYLE : Hazy IPA ABV : 6.0% / IBU : 11.23 / CAN 370ml A hazy IPA with a rich and juicy flavor that will make you grin. Deeply hazy, a darker yellow with a light-to-medium body. Tropical aromas of mango, peach, and orange unfold; you notice bitterness on the attack, yet the finish is surprisingly clean with citrus flavors. A silky mouthfeel and a pleasant, moderate sweetness make this a beer to enjoy slowly and leisurely.

🇯🇵Two Rabbits STYLE : Single Hop XPA ABV : 5.0% / IBU : 30 / CAN 360ml Featuring the rare New Zealand variety "Peacharine" (Peacharine). This is a bold yet refined IPA that brings the hop character out to the fullest. As the variety name suggests, the dominant aroma is rich stone fruit reminiscent of ripe peach and nectarine. Nuances of tropical fruit follow and layer in, offering multi-layered flavors. Juicy and satisfying to drink, yet with a light finish. We achieved both an uplifting hop presence and an effortless, "dangerously easy drinkability."

Fukushima Prefecture:Aizu Sake Brewery Pure domestic liqueur blended with two citrus fruits, Yuzu and Kabosu, based on pure rice sake! We pursued a refreshing sourness, elegant sweetness, and rich aroma. Recommended on the rocks or with soda!
Kagoshima Prefecture:Wakashio Sake Brewery This sake was inspired by the Kagoshima dialect phrase, "Crying is good, jumping is better than crying," which means, "In difficult times, don't think about this and that, just take action. It is made from sweet potato shochu and barley shochu, and flavored with yuzu peel and juice to make your heart jump!
Aroma: Aromatic and ripe sweet potatoes are used in this product. It has a surprisingly rich lychee-like aroma. It is characterized by its sweet and mellow taste and crisp aftertaste. The sake is designed to be enjoyed as a food sake while enjoying its gorgeous aroma. It is a product of 150 years of experience in the brewing of sake.
Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.

Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.

Durante l'ebollizione è stata aggiunta scorza di limone essiccata proveniente dall'India; dopo il dry hopping è stata aggiunta scorza di limone fresca di Setouchi. Usando diversi tipi abbiamo esaltato l'amarezza delicata e la freschezza della buccia. I luppoli utilizzati sono Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Cryo Citra e Cryo Mosaic. Profumi agrumati simili al pompelmo e al lime, sfumature di frutta tropicale e una lieve freschezza resinosa si sovrappongono, mettendo ulteriormente in risalto l'aroma di limone. 🇯🇵Jokun Brewing Lab (Niigata) STYLE : IPA w/lemon peel ABV : 6.0% / IBU : - IPA nata dalla ricerca dei sapori! Durante l'ebollizione è stata aggiunta scorza di limone essiccata proveniente dall'India; dopo il dry hopping è stata aggiunta scorza di limone fresca di Setouchi. Usando diversi tipi abbiamo esaltato l'amarezza delicata e la freschezza della buccia. I luppoli utilizzati sono Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Cryo Citra e Cryo Mosaic. Profumi agrumati simili al pompelmo e al lime, sfumature di frutta tropicale e una lieve freschezza resinosa si sovrappongono, mettendo ulteriormente in risalto l'aroma di limone.
