Michelin-starred cuisine in a casual setting!　　　　@Umeda | Delicious food and happiness♪ Michelin 1-star Chinese restaurant Es Sawada in Kitashinchi As a Chinese lover, I've always been curious about this place. Recently opened a casual line restaurant on the B1F of Fukoku Seimei Building on January 10! Osaka Chinese Restaurant Sawada Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats in the middle and table seats around the counter. What a luxury to be able to use it as a bar! The menu is not very extensive, but it has everything you need! Lunch menu is available at noon! Appetizer We served gyoza (dumplings) as an appetizer! They are soft and sticky, and the miso sauce is nice and thick! Yodarechicken Very moist chicken meat with a sauce based on raayu (Chinese red chili oil). Mildly spicy? Deep-fried chili peppers? These are crunchy and add a nice accent to the dish. Dansyuki Fried Rice The meringue starchy sauce is poured over the fried rice. Asparagus and seafood are added to give it a nice texture. Sawada Restaurant 3 minutes walk from Higashi-Umeda Station on Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. B2F of Fukoku Seimei Building Sister restaurant of Michelin-starred Es Sawada Three types of lunch: tantanmen, mapo tofu, and daily special! The rest are optional: mini mabo, mini yodare chicken, dumplings, etc. The set menus are served with a second helping of rice, which is a nice touch! The hot bean curd is moderately spicy and addictive! It goes great with rice! I had another serving of rice and I'm full! Thank you very much for the meal!
