Grilled goat meat that Vietnamese people love. It is marinated with lemongrass and salt koji to make it easy to eat. Please enjoy it with fermented tofu sauce or sweet and sour nuoc cham according to your preference.
The white fish is marinated in Vietnamese ginger, turmeric, and fish sauce, then stir-fried with plenty of oil, green onions, and dill. Mix the stir-fried fish with herbs, rice vermicelli, peanuts, and fried onions, and serve with nuoc cham or mam tom (fermented shrimp sauce) on top.
