The handwritten menu is easy to read, and it's enjoyable to watch the vegetables, fish, and skewers being grilled in front of the charcoal fire. I was guided to the counter, and after ordering tsukune (grilled chicken meatballs) and grilled mini tomatoes, I was very satisfied with the wonderful aroma. The sashimi was beautifully presented, and each bite brought me joy. Today's small dish featured cabbage with ponzu sauce, which was refreshing and made it easy to eat. They also had local katsu (breaded and fried cutlet) available, and the flavor of the fish paste was distinctly felt. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and I was able to enjoy my time slowly with a beer.
