We offer a rich variety of kushi katsu menu including Awa beef, Awa chicken, Awa pork, and vegetable skewers.
You can choose from vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or matcha.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo made from carefully selected sake brewing rice that has been highly polished, produced in the cold region of Ikeda, Tokushima Prefecture. Enjoy the aroma and delicate flavor chilled or on the rocks.
Ingredients: 500,000 stones of rice. Alcohol content: 16% or more, less than 17%. Unfiltered, freshly squeezed Junmai Ginjo sake. It has a dry taste with a crisp finish that is very refreshing. Enjoy it chilled, warm, or on the rocks.
Ingredients: Tokushima Nihonbare rice. Alcohol content: between 15 and 16 degrees. The umami of the rice and the soft acidity enhance the dishes. Both the taste and price are excellent! Enjoy it at room temperature, as hot sake, or on the rocks.
Raw material rice: Fukui Gohyakumangoku Alcohol content: 13 degrees or more and less than 14 degrees. This is a ginjo namazake that has not undergone any heating or pasteurization, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor. It is light and refreshing, making it recommended for those trying sake for the first time and for women. Please enjoy it chilled or on the rocks.
