We blend high-quality lard from the Netherlands, considering the compatibility with finely textured breadcrumbs that absorb oil less.
We have prepared a special ponzu that is perfectly balanced in acidity to pair well with fresh seafood, enhancing the flavor of yuzu.
We are particular about the compatibility with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, and we offer two types of sauces: a special medium-thick sauce and a mustard sauce that uses peanut butter as a secret ingredient.
Blended with several types of salt based on natural rock salt from the Himalayan Alps surrounded by rich nature, it has been finished to a mild-tasting salt.
