The atmosphere is calm and mature, with a perfect balance between the counter and tables. Even when alone, natural conversations arise at the counter, making it a comfortable place to spend time. This place is directly operated by a craft beer producer from Kumamoto, allowing you to enjoy the aroma while savoring the flavors slowly. The beer is made from 100% malt using spring water from Aso, and the dark lager is lighter and easier to drink than it looks. There are light dishes like tacos, edamame with garlic oil, and chicken nuggets, all of which pair well with the beer. It's also enjoyable to look at the menu on the blackboard, and I was happy that the tacos were cut in half for easy sharing.
