In a tranquil space unique to an old folk house, you can relax while gazing at a garden with a small waterfall and pond. The tatami room is spacious, and the open design of the room is very comfortable. The finely made 100% buckwheat soba has a fragrant aroma, and its texture and smoothness are excellent. The dipping sauce has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, beautifully enhancing the flavor of the soba. The tempura is crispy, and the seasonal vegetables and shrimp are lightly prepared, which can also be enjoyed with salt. You can savor freshly grated wasabi, soba salt mixed with buckwheat grains, and even the soba broth at the end, leaving you very satisfied.
