Non-alcoholic beer
This is a beer style originating from the Pilsen region of the Czech Republic. It is characterized by a refreshing bitterness created by hops, and currently, most of the beer produced worldwide is Pilsner. At 75BEER, we use carefully selected hops to express a refreshing citrus aroma that matches tropical regions. By using barley produced in Okinawa, we have evolved into Okinawa craft. With the new use of barley sourced from Okinawa, 75BEER has also progressed into Okinawa craft!

Based on blended whiskey from Scotland, this is a blend of 13-year-aged awamori (old liquor) stored in oak barrels. The complex intertwining of vanilla notes from the awamori (old liquor) and the barrel creates a rich and mellow flavor. Since it is bottled without cooling filtration, all the rich aromatic components obtained from barrel aging are preserved, allowing you to enjoy the true deliciousness of the whiskey. Ingredients: Grain (from Scotland), malt, spirits. Alcohol content: 43 degrees. Single... 600 yen, Double... 660 yen.

Instead of brewed alcohol, Awamori is added! The added Awamori is called Sho, a new generation Awamori with a new brewing method. Compared to distilled spirits from around the world, this next-generation Awamori is designed with new flavors through a three-time distillation method. It has a really soft mouthfeel and you can feel the sweetness of beautiful rice. When this Awamori is added, a truly interesting flavor of sake is born! The impression when drinking is like strawberry, with a gorgeous ester and a slightly firm sweet flavor. The base flavor is strong, and it has a pure rice sake feel. Additionally, it evokes esters that are not often felt in sake, reminiscent of apple, banana, and muscat. The firm sweet flavor is like strawberry. In summary, the expansion of flavors and a hint of astringency and bitterness also remind one of strawberry. ~Ingredients~ Rice (from Fukui Prefecture) Rice Koji (from Fukui Prefecture rice) Awamori (from Okinawa Prefecture) ~Raw Rice~ 100% Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture ~Awamori for Addition~ Sho Mizuho, Sakura Yeast Brewed Awamori ~Polishing Ratio~ 50% ~Sake Meter Value~ +5 ~Alcohol Content~ 16 degrees
