Bonito Shokudo Gohan + Bonito Shokudo's Special Raw Eggs There is a TV show that I love called "Seven Rules" ( ), and I have wanted to eat this breakfast since I saw the broadcast of the show. I finally made it. I'm so happy. I wanted to go so bad that I left my friend who is not good at bonito flakes in the middle of Tokyo and stood in line by myself without feeling guilty. Yay, yay, yay. A beautiful lady with bonito-colored hair and a twisted hachimaki shaved bonito flakes right in front of me. A bonito entertainment show. I tried to act calm and quiet since I was alone, but secretly I was very, very excited 🔥🔥. The system is titled "Spring Bonito Festival" and you can choose one bonito flakes you want to eat from 5 different bonito flakes. And then ！！！！！！！！！ Katsuo-chan-san tells you the story of all the bonito flakes one by one. This is very interesting. I had never thought about the process of turning bonito into bonito flakes, and I learned that the process differs depending on the person who makes it. I don't have anywhere to show it off (laughs). By the way, I chose "Kinshichi Shoten's" bonito flakes. I was told that they make bonito flakes while playing classical music. Amazing. It's like a fetus. They say it's a bonito flakes with a salty taste at the end after the tenderness. And ！！！！！！ When you are eating the super quality nekomamama, Katsuo-chan chooses to put a different type of bonito flakes on top of the rice in the form of "Oitikatsuo". I like it! Counter only. Children are allowed. But everyone eats too slowly! This is a morning restaurant! Lunch time is also available, but everyone should eat a little earlier. This is the best place to eat special bonito rice @Shibuya I finally made it 😆. Katsuo Shokudo. There are only two types of dishes on the menu. The owner, Katsuo-chan, a beautiful woman who looks like Yuko Oshima, selects today's bonito flakes (Kochi on this day) and shaves them in front of your eyes. With a lecture on bonito flakes, you will be very satisfied. ☺️ The miso soup is made with white miso paste and is to my liking.
