The interior of the renovated traditional house and storehouse opens up into a modern and stylish space the moment you pass through the door, instantly lifting your spirits. The narrow passage leading to the seats is also tastefully designed, making it an exciting stroll. The galette has a crispy and fragrant outer layer, and when eaten with bacon, vegetables, and eggs, the saltiness and umami combine to create a delicious experience. The baking level of the dough changes with each type, such as salmon and figs, leading to different discoveries with each dish. The drinks, including coffee and lemonade, are visually stylish and their subtly sweet flavors pair well with the food. The carefully selected unique tableware is lovely, and just enjoying the combination of the dishes and the tableware made for a delightful time.
