Additionally, the rice served here is a carefully selected blend known as 'Okina Kasumi' from the eighth generation Gibei, which pairs perfectly with the meat.

When you pour in the condiments and broth, it becomes easy to eat and enjoyable without getting boring until the end. The bubbling stone pot curry served is enhanced by melting cheese and egg yolk that blend with the wagyu, increasing its richness. The ability to freely combine seafood and egg toppings to create your own unique bowl is also exciting.
