Enjoy seasonal dishes!
Raised in a spacious environment, the slowly grown Akajidori chicken has firm meat with very fine fibers, resulting in an excellent texture. With no excess fat and a deep flavor, we serve the Tamba Akajidori simply grilled with salt. Enjoy the rich taste of the chicken itself.
This is a popular dish at Fumibun made with fresh conger eel sourced directly from Akashi. It is recommended to grill it thoroughly until it has a nice char and enjoy it with grated wasabi and soy sauce. The more you chew, the more you can taste the deliciousness of the conger eel. Please be sure to try it at least once.
Fresh Akashi octopus sourced daily! The plump texture and the crispy coating are irresistible. The octopus meat remains tender, and the subtle flavor of the octopus combined with the richness of the batter's oil creates a perfect finish with the dipping sauce.
