The shrimp is plump and fragrant, perfectly complemented by the local soy sauce. When you peel off the shell and take a bite, the umami spreads delightfully, bringing happiness. The crab is chosen for its meaty content, and they provide scissors and dipping sauce, making it easy to eat. The freshness of the morning boil is evident, and I was able to fully enjoy the deliciousness unique to a port town.
