Rich aromas of blackberry and plum, with delicate accents of cocoa and cedar, and hints of spice. The rounded flavor lingers long on the palate.
Maison Vialard <Red, Medium to Full Body> A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. <Tasting Comment> Aromas of ripe red fruits. Delicate spices create a fragrant bouquet. Smooth flavors with rich fruitiness. The finesse from Grenache harmonizes with the structure of Cabernet, and the ripe tannins create a gentle, elegant, and pleasant harmony. Grape Variety: 100% Marselan (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache) Production Area: Southern France ◇ Fermented with natural yeast ◇ Unfined ◇ Completely plant-based <About the Producer, Les Domaines Oriol> Founded in 1977 by Jean Vialard, who began making wine using organic and biodynamic methods. Chablis <White, Dry> When it comes to dry white wine, Chablis is the epitome. Located in the cool northernmost part of the Burgundy region, it produces a firm acidity. Additionally, it is made from soil composed of layers containing shells from oysters and other marine life, resulting in a high mineral content. It has aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. The beautiful acidity blends with the fruitiness, enhancing your meal. Production area: France, Burgundy Grape variety: Chardonnay Bottle
Bordeaux region of France, AOC Fronsac <Full-bodied> A 5-hectare vineyard inherited from the grandfather of Petrus in Fronsac. It was in 1998 that Mr. Arnaud Loulier began producing with a strong determination to create the 'number one cuvée of Fronsac.' He started by selecting the best soils in Fronsac and thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of the terroir, concluding that 'this soil produces the greatest wine with a 100% Merlot blend.' Shortly after its debut, its quality was recognized, and it became affectionately known as 'the Petrus of Fronsac' due to its concentrated fruitiness and barrel flavors of 100% Merlot. The use of new barrels was reduced from 100%, enhancing the elegance and refinement of the wine, making it enjoyable at an early stage. In 2012, a collaboration was realized with Boüard, the owner of Château Angélus, the leading château in Saint-Émilion, which was elevated to the first grand cru classé (ranking alongside Cheval Blanc and Ausone in 2012). This added elegance and refinement, even imparting a sense of grandeur. The taste profile is a deep ruby color, with concentrated and elegant fruit flavors of red fruits and black currants. There are toasty coffee aromas from the barrels. The fruitiness and barrel flavors are harmoniously balanced. Soft tannins. Bottle.
