Go-ok studies and perfects Hitsumabushi in the traditional way of Nagoya, using the method of Chiyaki (地焼き).
Only large packaging is available. It is recommended to consume within 2 to 3 hours.
This is a special hitsumabushi served with about one and a half servings of freshwater eel.
